1.2 By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Well Noww.

2. Platform Use

2.1 Well Noww facilitates consultation bookings, secure payments, and communications between users and practitioners.

2.2 Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform.

2.3 Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration and booking.

3. User Conduct

3.1 Prohibited Circumvention: Users are strictly prohibited from bypassing the platform to deal directly with practitioners. Violations will result in temporary or permanent blacklisting.

3.2 Users shall adhere to the platform's guidelines and rules at all times.

3.3 Users must ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction when accessing services via the platform.

4. Health and Wellness Services

4.1 Marketplace Role: Well Noww serves as a marketplace to facilitate consultations and programs. We do not control the actions of practitioners and are not liable for their services.

4.2 Practitioners are independent contractors and solely responsible for their service delivery. Users should consult a licensed physician for emergencies or serious health conditions.

5. Health Data Usage

5.1 Users consent to sharing relevant health data with the platform and practitioners for facilitating consultations and programs.

5.2 Data usage complies with data policies and regulations of the user's jurisdiction.

6. Booking and Payments

6.1 Payments must be made directly via the platform and not to practitioners.

6.2 Consultations are non-refundable once they have been conducted.

6.3 Cancellation of bookings is not allowed 24 hours or less prior to a scheduled appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon by the practitioner.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Refunds are not provided for consultations that have already occurred.

7.2 Users are encouraged to communicate with practitioners for rescheduling or cancellations beyond the 24-hour window.

8. Data Privacy and Security

8.1 Well Noww collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

8.2 The platform implements secure payment and data storage systems; users must ensure safe internet usage.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Well Noww is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from practitioner services.

9.2 Users agree to indemnify Well Noww against claims arising from their use of the platform or practitioner services.

10. Modifications to Terms

10.2 Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
